Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a polite, professional, and welcoming manner.
• Promote and sell curio items effectively to maximize sales.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shop cleanliness.
• Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Provide detailed product knowledge and exceptional customer service.
• Assist with stock control, inventory counts, and replenishment.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in retail and sales (curio/gift shop experience advantageous).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, reliable, and well-presented.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
